Dumpster Rental Terms and Conditions 1. Rental Agreement By reserving a dumpster rental, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. The rental company reserves the right to modify these terms as needed. 2. Rental Period The standard rental period is 3 days. Additional days may incur a charge of $30.00. Please contact ReadySite, LLC for any extended rental arrangements. 3. Dumpster Size and Weight Limit The dumpster provided will be the appropriate size for your needs, with a maximum weight limit of 2 tons (4,000 lbs). Exceeding this weight limit will result in additional fees as outlined below. 4. Accepted Materials The following materials are acceptable for disposal in the dumpster: Household trash (e.g., furniture, appliances, general waste) Construction debris (e.g., drywall, wood, metal, non-asbestos insulation, tiles) 5. Prohibited Materials The following items are prohibited from being placed in the dumpster: Roofing materials (shingles, underlayment, etc.) Hazardous materials (e.g., paints, chemicals, pesticides) Tires Electronics (e.g., TVs, computers, phones) Batteries Fluorescent light bulbs Asbestos or any other toxic waste Medical waste 6. Weight Limit and Overweight Charges Standard Weight Limit: The dumpster rental includes a 2-ton (4,000 lbs) weight limit. Overweight Fees: If the weight exceeds the 2-ton limit, an additional fee of $50 per ton will apply for each ton over the limit. For example, if the dumpster weighs 2 tons, the customer will be charged an additional $25 ($50 x 0.5 tons over the limit). 7. Dumpster Placement and Access The dumpster will be delivered to a mutually agreed location. Ensure that there is clear access to the placement area (driveway, parking area, etc.), free from obstructions such as vehicles or debris. If the dumpster is placed on public property or a public road, the customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits. 8. Loading the Dumpster The customer is responsible for properly loading the dumpster. Waste must not exceed the height of the dumpster walls, and the dumpster lid must be able to close securely. Overfilled dumpsters may incur additional charges for excess materials or unsafe disposal conditions. 9. Pickup and Disposal The dumpster will be picked up on the scheduled date. If you need an extension, please contact ReadySite, LLC in advance. Unacceptable or Restricted Waste: If prohibited materials are found in dumpster - client is responsible for disposal fee.
